Workshop bookings are non-refundable but may be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance, subject to availability.

Private event deposits are non-refundable within 14 days of the event date.

Custom rugs are made-to-order and are non-refundable once production has begun.

Gift cards are non-refundable and do not expire.
